Microsoft did not reveal when games featuring the interaction would be available. Microsoft

During the final moments of Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer's keynote speech this morning, Microsoft let loose a few details on its update to Windows Phone 7. One of the more interesting uses came at the end, where the company presented a video of a Windows 7 phone being used to interact with a Kinect game.

The video, featured below, features a man flailing around with increasing intensity as the woman behind him influences the game he is playing. A second woman joins, also influencing the game by tapping at her Windows 7 phone's screen.

Ballmer emphasized that while the video looked like like a concept, it wasn't.

The technology shown in the video is real and is an example of the types of experiences we'll be bringing to market, Microsoft said in a statement. The company declined to comment on when the technology would be featured in any if its game titles.
