Kirstie Alley underwent a dramatic weight loss, a long battle she has dealt with over the years.

I've lost 100 pounds! a svelte 60-year-old Kirstie Alley told Entertainment Tonight on Tuesday.

I feel like I'm back in my element. I honestly didn't even realize what I looked like, she said.

Back in her element she is, as Alley walked down the catwalk during New York's Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week for Zang Toi's Spring 2012 collection on Tuesday.

Kirstie Alley reported that she is now a size 4, down from a size 14 during her time on Dancing with the Stars.

I bought these dresses from size 14 to 4, she told ET. [They were] all the same dress, and I said, 'You know what I really want? I really wanna be in this dress in a 4!'

So how did she do it? Alley says it definitely wasn't plastic surgery.

I haven't had plastic surgery but here's the reason: People do plastic surgery to make you look younger, she said. I don't think it makes you look younger. I like it can make you look weirder.

Kirstie Alley has long battled her weight throughout the years, once admitting she weighed 230 pounds.

The public has seen her rollercoaster weight loss and gain, but the most notable was during her 2011 participation on Dancing with the Stars, where the dress she wore in her debut had to be taken in 38 inches by the time the finale came.
