Kodak Black will once again have to wait a few more days to learn his fate after prosecutors alleged the rapper violated terms of his house arrest. After the original hearing on April 19 didn’t end in time, Kodak was scheduled to appear in court on April 21.

The rapper, whose real name is Dieuson Octave, has been on house arrest since August but was accused of violating the terms of his release in February when footage of him at a boxing match in Ohio and in a Miami, Florida strip club surfaced. After rejecting a plea deal on Wednesday, the rapper still faces up to eight years in prison.

With limited ability to question Kodak, prosecutor Meredith Hough could only ask the rapper about if he was aware of the responsibilities of the terms of his house arrest, the Sun Sentinel reports. Answering mostly yes and no, Kodak at one point said he wasn’t always aware of the details involved in his professional appearances.

Kodak was also asked about his visit to the Miami strip club, admitting that he was there, but the rapper was not allowed to be questioned about an alleged assault that occurred the same night. Earlier in the hearing, the woman who accused Kodak of hitting her, Jennifer Cunningham, finished her testimony but a co-worker of hers said the incident never happened.

According to Tonya Durham, Cunningham was not telling the truth and recalled a conversation with her that occurred the morning after the alleged incident. “She said, ‘You probably didn’t see it, but he mushed my face,” Durham said. “I said, ‘No, he didn’t.’ None of that happened.”

The hearing also took a strange turn when Kodak’s anger management counselor, Ramona Sanchez, testified. Sanchez accused the rapper of intentionally disrupting a court-ordered group session by repeatedly burping. According to Sanchez, she asked Kodak to leave but he refused. After she later threatened to call 911, the rapper grabbed her phone and wrist.

Kodak’s lawyer then asked Sanchez if she was aware of the rapper having a medical condition that would cause him to burp a lot. Sanchez said she did not know. The hearing is scheduled to continue on April 26.
