Kourtney Kardashian, 35, gave birth to her third child with boyfriend Scott Disick on Dec. 15, the same day as son Mason’s fifth birthday. The reality star posted the first photo of her baby on Instagram on Sunday, revealing his name to be Reign Aston Disick. The photo included the baby’s tiny hand holding Kardashian’s, who said she was “madly in love” with the newborn.

The baby’s birth comes shortly after the famous couple reportedly went through a difficult period, a trial that was openly documented on the star's reality show 'Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons.'

In late November, rumors swirled Kardashian had broken up with her longtime boyfriend. Pregnant at the time, an inside source said the reality star and oldest sister of the famous Kardashian clan “simply cannot take it anymore,” according to InTouch Weekly. Kardashian also allegedly left her home with her two children.

“I feel like he’s angry,” Kardashian said in an episode of her show in November. “He’s like, ‘The biggest problem is me and you, and we need to be civil for the kids.’ I’m like, ‘I can’t deal with you.’ And he’s like, ‘Fair enough. We need to figure out a plan how I can see them.’”

Disick, who was hospitalized with alcohol poisoning in the Hamptons earlier this year, recently ended a stint in a rehabilitation center to deal with his alcohol addiction.

Younger sister Kim asked Kourtney if the pair had broken up. “I have no idea,” Kourtney responded.

Meanwhile, Disick posted a photo with four friends on Instagram on Nov. 21 in a private jet en route to Las Vegas. “The boys are back in town,” the caption read.

“Kourtney is trying to hold it together desperately because the baby is coming and also because of the holidays,” a source told InTouch Weekly. “Unfortunately this is not just a storyline for the show -- it is something she has been dealing with for years.”

Disick and Kardashian met in 2006 through mutual friend Joe Francis, the creator of the “Girls Gone Wild” video series. Disick planned to propose in 2011 during an episode of “Kourtney and Kim Take New York,” but did not. The couple have two other children, Mason and Penelope.
