Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick have been spotted together again for the first time in several months. Kourtney took the former couple’s older children to visit their father in a Malibu rehab center last Sunday, after letting her mom take them the previous week.

People reported that Kourtney brought her two older children, Mason, 5 and Penelope, 3, to the Cliffside Malibu center last Sunday. Her ex-boyfriend Scott Disick, has been undergoing treatment at the facility since early October. He is there to deal with alcohol and substance abuse issues, which have been a constant source of conflict between him and Kourtney throughout their nine-year relationship.

“She is pleased that he is taking care of himself for the kids' sake – that he cares enough about the kids to finally deal with his problems,” a source told People. “Kourtney will continue to be supportive as long as Scott stay in rehab. There are talks about at least 90 days,” the source said.

The former couple’s youngest child, Reign, 10 months, skipped the visit and stayed home. However, Kourtney’s sister Kylie Jenner, and a few of Scott’s close friends, reportedly joined the weekend visit.

Last week, Kourtney was seen having dinner with Chris Reda, one of Scott’s closest friends. Reda has appeared on “Keeping up With the Kardashians” on numerous occasions in the past. He frequently updated Kourtney whenever Scott fell off the wagon in an alcohol-induced bender.

Scott’s friends and members of the Kardashian-Jenner clan have shown massive support in recent months, in an effort to help him get his life back on track and his alcohol issues under control. Shortly before the couple broke up in July, Kourtney’s mom, Kris Jenner, even suggested that jail time might be the wake-up call that Scott needs. She spoke about this after Kourtney and Reda discussed a possible intervention to help Scott. Luckily, he decided to voluntarily check himself into the Malibu rehab facility.

More details about the former couple's breakup will be revealed in Season 11 of "Keeping up With the Kardashians." The series returns on Sunday, Nov. 11 at 9:00 p.m. ET on E!.
