Model Michael Girgenti, who is rumored to have slept with Kourtney Kardashian in 2009, rubbished claims of the existence of a sex tape, Radar Online reported on Tuesday. The rumors about such a tape surfaced last month after Kourtney's longtime lover Scott Disick’s former manager Davis Weintraub said the video was made when Kourtney was in college and on a break from Disick.

“If there is a sex tape, it’s not with me! Obviously it would have come out by now if there was,” Girgenti told Radar Online.

Last week, Girgenti released a photo of the two together on the 2009 night when they got back together, saying he was the father of Kourtney’s son Mason, who was born nine months after their meeting that night. He had also released a letter that he said he sent to the reality star in an attempt to persuade her to go for a DNA test before taking the story public. The two had reportedly met on a shoot in 2008.

Weintraub reportedly said that Girgenti had kept the tape under wraps for years now. “Maybe, they’re just waiting,” Weintraub said, according to Radar Online, adding: “If something goes horribly wrong with the business, you could put that tape out to support your family.”

Girgenti had failed a lie detector test on his night with Kourtney at the time, due to which his story was taken with a pinch of salt. Kourtney later released the DNA test results and proved in 2013 that Disick was Mason's father, while her lawyers reportedly said she was never physically intimate with Girgenti.

“I don’t care what anyone thinks, I know what happened and this is proof,” Girgenti said, according to Radar Online, adding: “To me, it’s just kind of like the closing element to it all.

“It happened, and it’s done. The closing chapter.”
