Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian divorce war is still on.

The basketball player now refuses to divorce the reality star Kim Kardashian until she publicly announces that the marriage was a fraud.

Six months after confirming the end of their 72-day marriage, the basketball player has a master plan to destroy his estranged wife.

According to US Weekly, Kardashian is desperate to move on and has begged Humphries to set her free. The 27-year-old player is out to make his “divorce hell and is plotting to get her money and ruin her name.”

“The New Jersey Nets player Humphries is doing anything he can to get her attention,” US Weekly reported quoting Kardashian’s close friend.

She would grant a divorce in a second. But he won't sign the papers. He won't let go.

According to the New York Post, Humphries has filed for an annulment based on fraud and wants Kardashian to admit that the entire wedding was staged by her and her family. Humphries also reportedly turned down a $7 million settlement offer from Kardashian to shut up and go away.

“Kris wants Kim to admit to fraud, to admit the whole thing was staged for publicity, to make a public apology to him because he really wanted a marriage,” an insider told the Post.

In order to get Kardashian’s attention, Humphries is making strange legal demands and has also threatened to expose his ex’s family. In February, Humphries reportedly requested to televise the divorce proceedings. In spite of his actions a source close to the basketball player said that Humphries is a good guy.

Kris is not a conniving person; he just wants to clear his name because it was tarnished, the source told US Weekly.

However, a Kardashian confidant told US Weekly that Kris wants money and he wants fame.

Kim doesn't care if she never sees another camera again. She is just a totally different person, the source added.
