New Jersey Nets forward Kris Humphries is refusing to divorce Kim Kardashian until she publicly admits the marriage was a sham, according to the New York Post.

The Post's Page Six reported on Monday that Humphries wants a public apology and admission from Kardashian that the entire wedding was staged by her and her family. The pair had a publicly televised wedding on Aug. 20th, but filed for divorce a mere 72 days later.

Each has largely avoided speaking to the public about the divorce, but that hasn't stopped sources close to either from discussing the issue with every gossip magazine under the sun. Kardashian's people have been quite adept at spinning stories in her favor, which Humphries wants to stop.

Humphries filed for an annulment based on fraud and is reportedly demanding that Kardashian publicly admit how much money she made off the wedding. The couple was paid $10 million by E! to televise the wedding, but Kardashian has avoided discussing just how much additional money she made while the couple was together.

A source close to Humphries claimed to the Post that Kardashian offered him $7 million to shut up and go away, but that the basketball star rejected the offer.
