Even though Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott have only been dating for a few months, some people are curious about just how serious their relationship is. However, no matter how quickly their romance is moving, marriage is not on the agenda for the young couple.

During a night out on the town, Kylie’s mother, Kris Jenner, seemed to laugh off the idea that her daughter and the “Goosebumps” rapper would be making a trip down the aisle in the near future.

On Thursday, Kris was spotted coming out of Los Angeles hotspot Nobu, where a photographed asked the reality star about her youngest daughter’s relationship. “Hey Kris, does Travis have your blessing if he wants to marry Kylie?” the photographer in the TMZ video asks.

Rather than giving a specific reply, Kris let out a laugh, then proceeded to get into her vehicle. Although Kylie and Scott have only been dating since April, the two seem to be serious about their relationship. Jenner, who celebrated her 20th birthday on Aug. 10, spent her special day with her friends, family and her new boyfriend.

The rapper gifted the Kylie Cosmetics founder with a butterfly necklace featuring 28 carats of VVS diamonds, which he paid about $60,000 for. The rapper reportedly contacted jeweler Elliot Avianne two weeks ahead of Jenner’s birthday to have the accessory, inspired by his single “Butterfly Effect,” ready in time for the special event.

In the past, the couple has bonded over the image of a butterfly, often referring to one another by using the emoji image of it. On May 16, Scott shared a photo on Instagram of the two of them getting off of a private plane. “Butterfly Effect,” he captioned the photo, along with several butterfly emojis.

In June, Jenner and Scott revealed that they got matching tattoos of a small butterfly located on the back of their legs. Although it’s clear the two feel a special connection to one another, the reality star seems more interested in focusing on her career rather than trying to plan a wedding.

On an upcoming episode of “Life of Kylie,” Jenner revealed that she was trying to change up her look in order to keep things fresh when she is doing public appearances. While preparing to attend the 2017 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, the star explained that she was struggling to find the right look.

“I don’t want to be a weirdo. I don’t want to pull up with purple hair—I’m over it,” she revealed.

“I always try to be different. I always try to do new things. I think my following started to get a little bigger when I was just figuring out my style and who I was,” Jenner explained.

“Not everyone was dying their hair blue and green, you know,” she added.

Jenner, who knows that frequently switching up her style is a part of her brand and helps further her career, explained that although the pressure stresses her out, she knows it’s what people want to see from her.

“People know I do what I want. They just don’t know what to expect.”

Although fans love the unexpected when it comes to Jenner, they can rest easy knowing the lip kit maven won’t be adding a wedding to her list of surprises.
