Kristen Stewart Dresses Like A ‘Total Tomboy’ When She Was A Kid

Kristen Stewart got candid about her sexuality in a recent interview.

While Stewart is one of the most beautiful faces in the industry, it took years for the people around her to appreciate her beauty, especially since she was not too feminine in her manner of dressing. The “Twilight” star admitted that she dressed like a “total tomboy” and only realized that it was not the “most normal thing” for little girls when they went to school.

“I remember being in the sixth grade [aged 11] and [people would say] ‘Kristen looks like a man. You’re a boy’, or whatever, and I was so offended, horrified and embarrassed,” Stewart told Bazaar. “Now I look back on it and I’m like, ‘Girl, be proud of that!’”

According to the “Café Society” star, things changed when she hit the puberty stage. She had her hair grow long and people started to notice her as one of the prettiest girls in school, but she was not flattered at all. “I was like, ‘[explicit] all of you!’”

Stewart also opened up about her stand as a woman in the United States after Donald Trump assumed the presidency. “It’s obviously terrible what’s happening, but at the same time, it feels good to be part of a wider female community that is finally standing up for itself,” she said. “I’ve never felt such a strong sense of community. So it’s brought us together.”

Although Stewart dressed like a total tomboy when she was a kid and has been dating women after her split from her “Twilight” co-star Robert Pattinson, she is still open to dating men. She also added that even though she’s been romantically involved with a number of individuals she’s “been deeply in love with everyone I’ve dated.”

In other news, just recently, Stewart and her girlfriend, Stella Maxwell, reportedly crashed a same-sex wedding in Canada. Karli Elizabeth Colpitts, the DJ for the night shared pictures and videos with the celebrities during the said party.

According to Colpitts, the Hollywood stars did not overshadow the festivities and everything was normal and fun. “They just danced the night away. [Stella] requested Beastie Boys. I played it and she was loving it. Kristen was very sweet and nice to everyone!” Colpitts told Page Six.
