“Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star Kylie Jenner has something to say about the rumors that claimed she and her rapper boyfriend, Tyga, secretly got married. The reality star took to her official Twitter account Thursday to respond to her supposed clandestine nuptials.

Kylie, who will turn 18 in August, had a simple message. “Not planning on getting married anytime soon,” she wrote. The post was shared more than 3,000 times and received more than 8,000 likes from her 10.6 million Twitter followers.

Some of her fans were happy that she addressed the gossip. “I'm proud of you Kylie, because above all the speculation, hate and rants directed towards you, you have your head up high!” one person wrote. “What I say every day I love being single,” another person said.

Even though Kylie took the time to slam the rumor, she also made sure to stir up the drama Monday when she posted a photo that showed a diamond ring on her left hand. She also teased that she was married in a clip from “I Am Cait,” the docuseries about her father, Caitlyn Jenner.

In the premiere of the E! network show, her paternal grandmother, Esther, gave Kylie a picture of herself when she was the same age. “Oh, my God. Wait, we kind of look alike. … I definitely take the Jenner side,” Kylie said. But when Caitlyn said, “I know, you do. Here's the kicker, she was 17 years old in this picture, and she was married,” Kylie said: “Kind of like me.” The day after the show premiered, she posted a photo of herself with a ring on that finger.

Thanks for clearing things up, Kylie. Before the reality star dismantled the secret marriage rumor, Gossip Cop, a publication that discredits celebrity hoaxes, wrote that the story was “100 percent false.”
