Maurice Clemmons, the man accused of killing four uniformed police officers in a Washington State coffee shop on Sunday was shot and killed by police on Tuesday in South Seattle.

Clemmons was killed by a patrol officer investigating a stationed stolen vehicle on the side of the road; he was shot after he refused to obey orders to show his hands and instead ran away.

Police had offered a reward of $125,000 leading to Clemmons' arrest.
