Gruesome details about the condition of former Los Angeles Lakers star Lamar Odom when he was discovered unconscious were revealed during a press conference by the Nye County Sheriff’s Office Wednesday, Us Weekly wrote. The ex-NBA star was found bleeding from the mouth and nose at Love Ranch South in Pahrump, Nevada Tuesday.

Odom, 35, had "blood coming out of his nose and white stuff," seemed "not conscious" and appeared to "not be breathing,” a brothel employee named Misty told the 911 operator. It was originally reported the liquid was mucus, not blood.

A second call was made by brothel manager Richard Hunter. He told emergency personnel Odom was “breathing regularly” and “sounded like he’s snoring a little bit.” Hunter added the fluid coming out was “pinkish.” When he tried to speak to Odom he “made a few sounds” but was “in a deep sleep for sure.”

Before the incident, Odom cried in the arms of sex workers about his “broken life” and estranged wife Khloé Kardashian, the U.K.’s Daily Mail wrote. “He was all freaked out about Khloé, fixated on her. He was showing the girls photos of them together and wanted to pour his heart out, he wasn't there just for sex, he needed a shoulder to cry on, companionship. He seemed lost,” an insider said.

Employees tried to make him feel better. “Lamar seemed really stressed out when he showed up, the girls tried to relax him and gave him a full body massage," the source said. "But ultimately he wanted to party and would break down in tears from time to time. He told the girls he was a broken man, that he thought his life was a mess and he had no direction.”

Odom struggled with drug addiction in the past and went to rehab in 2013. Kardashian never talked about his drug problem on the family reality show “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” but alluded to his demons. On the most recent episode of “KUWTK,” Kardashian’s older sister, Kim, slammed her for staying in contact with Odom even though they both signed divorce papers in July. It was revealed Wednesday that the celebrity couple was still legally married since a judge hadn’t signed off on the paperwork due to a “backlog” in the California courts.

Kardashian, 31, has not issued a statement about Odom’s condition. He is reportedly in a coma with multiple organ failures and is “fighting for his life.” Doctors have not determined if he’s brain dead.
