RTTNews - Monday, Latvia's Central Statistical Bureau said in a report that industrial production dropped a working day adjusted 19.3% year-on-year in May, after falling 16.9% in April.

Manufacturing output dipped 21.2% on an annual basis, while production of utilities was down 10.6%. However, mining and quarrying output rose 5.9%.

Month-on-month, output fell a seasonally adjusted 4% in May, slower than a 4.8% rise in the preceding month.
