RTTNews - Monday, the Central Statistical Bureau of Latvia announced that the industrial producer prices dropped 2.6% year-over-year in April, in contrast to a 1.5% increase in the previous month.

On a monthly basis, producer prices declined 0.9% in April, after falling 1.7% in March, revised from 1.6% reported initially.

In the domestic market, producer prices increased 1.3% annually in April, but it was down 0.9% compared to the preceding month.

For the first quarter, producer prices rose 4.1% compared to the same period of the previous year, revised from 4.2% estimated initially.
