LeBron James of the Miami Heat is on top of the basketball world -- and now he's crossing over into the music world. f

The saying goes all musicians want to be athletes, and all athletes want to be musicians. Rarely have we seen either group leap across the boundary with great success, but Miami Heat forward LeBron James may have the talents to take on the rap and hip-hop world dominated by his friend Jay-Z.

No one is riding higher than James as he celebrates his second straight NBA title with the Heat, and his fourth MVP trophy. He’s on top of the basketball world but may have his sights set on a music career as well.

On Tuesday night James leaked two audio clips of himself rapping over the beat to Jay-Z and Kanye West’s “N**gas In Paris,” according to TMZ.com.

James’s interest in rap music and the entertainment world in general has been well documented. The 28-year-old was seen partying with multi-platinum rapper Drake the night Miami beat the San Antonio for the title last month, and in the video below showed off during the team’s celebration at night club LIV.

In 2010, he also joined Drake on stage, and plenty of rappers like Jay-Z have used James in their lyrics. The Heat star also supposedly had a bit of a feud with Young Money artist Lil Wayne, but that has apparently been settled.

James’s newest audio clips are below, and you can judge if he has another career after basketball.
