Cavalier's player LeBron James and teammates Darnell Jackson and Coby Karl tested positive for Infuenza A, the Associated Press reported today.

The players are being treated as if they have the H1N1 virus, or swine flu because it is a strain of Influenza A, the agency reported.

The players first became ill on Tuesday when James was sent home from practice, Cleveland.com reported today. Then they underwent tests for the H1N1 virus.

The Cavaliers play against the Spurs in San Antonio on Friday and face the Mavericks in Dallas on Saturday.

James returned for practice today and will travel with the team to Texas, AP reports. It is not yet known if the other two players will be able to travel with the team for the two-game preseason road trip.
