‘Legends Of Tomorrow’ Season 3, Episode 12: Sara Goes On A Date

Sara is taking some time off in the next episode of “Legends of Tomorrow.”

According to the synopsis for Season 3, episode 12 of the CW series, Sara (Caity Lotz) decides to take some private time.

In a couple of promo photos for the hour, a dressed-up Sara is seen at a restaurant waiting for someone. While it’s unclear who Sara’s date is, it’s likely that she’s going to meet with Ava (Jes Macallan).

In Season 3, episode 11, after finding out that Sara and Eva like each another, Zari (Tala Ashe) told Sara to take Ava out. When the team’s captain replied that her “relationships have a way of ending badly,” the Air Totem bearer reminded her that “love is worth taking risk.”

While Sara enjoys her much-deserved day off, the remaining members of the Legends pursue a lead on the whereabouts of the long-lost Earth Totem. Without their captain’s knowledge, the Legends find themselves in 1717 to hunt for Blackbeard’s long-lost treasure, but in true Legends fashion things go awry.

As seen in the promo photos for the installment, Damien (Neal McDonough) and Nora Darhk (Courtney Ford) are also in 1717. And it looks like the father-daughter duo is also looking for the Earth Totem.

It was revealed in Season 1, episode 2 of CW Seed’s “Vixen” that the people of Zambesi prayed for protection after facing numerous attacks from their neighbors and from nature itself. Their prayers were then answered when the five great tribes were each presented a mystical totem harnessing a power of each elemental forces. One of the tribes was presented with the Earth Totem, the totem with the power to control the earth.

For a long time people believed that the Earth Totem was the only missing mystical Zambesi totem. But in Season 3, episode 10, the Legends, together with Constantine (Matt Ryan), found out that there’s actually a sixth totem. After realizing in the installment that the totems could be the key to stopping Mallus (voiced by John Noble), Constantine told the Legends that he would do some digging on the mysterious sixth totem.

“Legends of Tomorrow” Season 3, episode 12, titled “The Curse of the Earth Totem,” airs on Monday, Feb. 26 at 8 p.m. EST on The CW. Check out the trailer for the episode below:
