FX has dropped a first look promo for Season 2 of “Legion.”

The 20-second clip opens with David Haller (Dan Stevens) seemingly waking up from unconsciousness. A voice of a man is then heard asking him, “What’s the last thing you remember?”

David is later seen at a restaurant with Division 3 interrogator Clark (Hamish Linklater). “What do you want with me?” David asks in the video.

The promo also shows a group of men retrieving what appears to be a casket-like container from the ground. When the lid of the receptacle is opened, a man sporting a pair of sunglasses is seen inside it. Who could this person be?

Elsewhere in the video, David is seen meditating in a temple, and mysteriously lying on the ground as someone seemingly whispers to his ears. The promo ends with David and Syd (Rachel Keller) telling each other that they will no longer keep secrets from one another.

FX has also released a teaser, featuring Aubrey Plaza’s Lenny. In the minute-long clip, Lenny tries to mess with the viewers’ minds by saying that Season 1 never actually happened.

“How are you feeling since our last season?” Lenny asks at the beginning of the video. “I need to remind you what you think is real never occurred. David Haller, he’s a figment, a reflection of who you wish you could be. His lover, your repressed sexual appetite. His friends, surrogates. They’re all the little broken parts of your psyche. The exciting lives they live are your dreamscape. It was all a projection of your subconscious, nothing more. It’s all in your head. You’re what we call delusional.”

While Lenny claims in the teaser that everything that happened in Season 1 didn’t really took place, she says that Season 2 is going to be the opposite of it. “What’s coming is very very real,” she teases.

According to the logline for Season 2, Team Summerland, headed by Melanie Bird (Jean Smart), forms an unlikely alliance with their former enemy, Division 3, after David and Oliver Bird (Jemaine Clement) go missing. Meanwhile, Shadow King, aka Amahl Farouk (Navid Negahban), who is still on the loose, is on a new path to attaining infinite and world-ending power.

“Legion” Season 2 premieres on April 3 at 10 p.m. EDT on FX.
