Ever imagine your Lego toys animated and acting out your imagination as a child? Look no further. Warner Bros. Pictures released a trailer for “The Lego Movie” featuring the iconic plastic brick toys in their first full-length feature film. The plot is focused on Emmit, voiced by Chris Pratt (“Parks and Recreations”), who is mistaken to be the one that can save the Lego world from destruction by Lord Business, voiced by Will Ferrell (“Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy”). The teaser trailer also features a character voiced by Morgan Freeman (“Oblivion”) introducing several pop culture icons and generic Lego characters including Superman, Wonder Woman, a mermaid, a green ninja, a 1980s astronaut, the 2002 NBA All Stars and others. Later in the trailer, Batman, voiced by Will Arnett (“Arrested Development”), quips, “I only work in black and sometimes very, very dark grey.”

The film is directed by Phil Lord and Chris Miller ("Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs").
