LG Group, South Korea's fourth-largest conglomerate, said on Tuesday that it aims to raise 2011 sales by 11 percent to a record high 156 trillion won ($135.8 billion).

LG Group also said in a statement that it estimates its 2010 sales at 141 trillion won, up 13 percent from 2009.

Its electronics affiliates aimed to reach 97.3 trillion won in sales next year, while its telecommunications and services units targeted 31.4 trillion won, and chemicals units targeted 27.3 trillion won, LG Group said in a statement.

It did not elaborate on sales targets for each unit.

LG Group's electronics affiliates include LG Electronics Inc, LG Display Co Ltd and LG Innotek Co Ltd. ($1=1148.9 Won)
