Although they have had their fair share of differences, “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star Tommie Lee gave a special shout out to her mother Samantha while shading Karen King (also known as KK) following the Season 6 reunion episode.

On Monday, the VH1 reality star shared a throwback picture of her mother and praised her for what she has done for her. “The only person I’ll ever thank after #GOD is you for everything you’ve sacrificed for me,” Tommie captioned the picture.

“I know it isn’t easy I’ll always love you Ma, and I’ll never stop until I give you the life I think you deserve. I’m thankful for the hard times we went through it made me stronger I’m thankful it wasn’t easy because I’d never know how good it feels when the load is lighter,” she added.

“I apologize for ever disrespecting you! And I pray for your forgiveness you are one of a kind and Im Damn sure Glad your mine,” she wrote, ending the post.

Tommie’s special message to her mother came a few hours after “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” Season 6, episode 18 aired in which the reality star got into an argument with KK. During “The Reunion Part 2,” KK told host Nina Parker that Tommie should thank her and be grateful that she got her a spot on the “LHHATL” cast.

KK went on to say if Tommie doesn’t thank her she will go to jail and also called out the reality star’s government name Atasha Jefferson. The drama between Tommie and KK first started when KK tried to fix Tommie and Samantha’s relationship. KK alluded that Tommie and her mother have drinking problems, which infuriated the reality star.

Tommie even called KK out on Instagram Live for being a hypocrite, stating that she usually joins her and Samantha whenever they drink. Tommie also revealed that KK’s words hurt her because she considered her family.

In another Instagram Live session not long after the reunion episode aired, Tommie admitted that she is used to being called a drunk but takes issue when people attack her mother. “It was ok when the joke was on me but when my mom came into play it’s not ok. Everybody can’t take certain things and my mother is older,” she stated.

The star revealed that some of the things people say to her don’t matter but those harsh words affect her mother. Tommie also insisted that she doesn’t have a drinking problem and that she has come a long way to get to where she is now.

“Nobody made me,” she said on Instagram Live. The reality star explained that she and all her cast members had meetings with the network and it was up to each individual to seal their own deal on the reality show.

Although there has not been confirmation on whether “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” has been renewed for another season, it seems like Tommie won’t be interested in returning to the franchise.
