Just months after her last plastic surgery debut in June, it seems as if Lil' Kim has been under the knife yet again.

The rapper was seen in West Hollywood Feb. 1 and was virtually unrecognizable, donning what appears to be a lighter complexion, fuller cheekbones and a smaller nose, Us Weekly details.

According to the Huffington Post, the only distinguishing feature about her is her trademark beauty mark above her lip.

Her curves also appear more dramatic than ever, with near angular hips jutting out of an illusion skirt.

Lil' Kim’s appearance has been gradually changing for many years. However, within the last year, suggestions have especially indicated that she has gone too far with plastic surgery.

In February 2012, the rapper attended the Rip the Runway fashion show in New York City and sported light skin and an angular nose. Even then, reports indicated that she was hardly recognizable.

Radar Online interviewed celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn in March on the surgery of Lil' Kim, whose real name is Kimberly Denise Jones. The doctor’s opinion suggested that the rapper’s cosmetic augmentations have been so extensive that they could be indicative of body dysmorphia.

“I suspect that she’s had a lot of plastic surgery, including a nose job (or more than one) that’s thinned her nose to the proportions of a Popsicle stick,” Dr. Young told Radar Online in March 2012. “Her face appears contoured and has a waxy sheen. It appears that she’s undergone injection of fillers as well.

“Her body is much more curvy and could have undergone enhancement with solid silicone buttock implants. Her overall appearance makes me concerned that she has a serious body image problem.”

In June 2012, Lil' Kim attended the L.A. Pride 2012 festival in West Hollywood, and, in addition to even lighter skin and a more pointed nose, her cheekbones also appeared higher and more prominent.

Just days after her most recent appearance, Lil' Kim shared a photo of herself on Instagram, sitting in the back of a car, draped in furs, with the caption “Boss B-tch.”

The rapper’s formerly heart-shaped face now appears completely oval, and her skin is bright yellow instead of dark brown as it was when she first appeared on the rap scene in the '90s.
