Queen Bee Lil’ Kim has denied undergoing the knife, but her ever-changing face might disagree. Despite the pint-sized rapper repeatedly denying that she cosmetically enhanced her face, fans couldn’t help but discuss her morphed exterior on Twitter after her appearance at the VH1’s Hip Hop Honors, which took place at Lincoln Center in New York Monday.

The “Magic Stick” rapper didn’t pay attention to speculation about her appearance. Instead, she gave a shot out to her 2-year-old daughter, Royal Reign, who she brought on the red carpet. “My beautiful baby, Royal Reign, is in the building,” she said, according to Us Weekly. “My beautiful baby!”

She also addressed the death of Louisiana’s Alton Sterling and Minnesota’s Philando Castile, who were both fatally shot by police last week.

“I just want to say that brutality has gotten to an all-time high,” the 42-year-old said. “It is horrible. We as a people can stick together and do something about that. Speak our voice and our opinion and really just support the community.”

While she ignored the plastic surgery rumors Monday, she addressed them in 2013 through her rep, C.J. Carter.

“We would like to inform fans, the media, and the general public that this is nothing more than a blog site doing its best to conjure up much-needed publicity,” Carter said in a statement quoted by E! Online. “What better way to do so, than to take an American music icon and create a fictitious platform in which to disrespect and humiliate. We at Team Lil' Kim are not taking this lying down and are taking this very seriously.”

She also slammed gossip that she bleached her skin in an Instagram comment last month. “OK but when the f--- did I bleach my skin u miserable moron! My last post clearly shows that but u haters will always have something to say even when facts r right in front of ur face,” she wrote. “I checked my calendar and I still won’t give a f--- Neveruary the 1st either.”
