Troubled star Lindsay Lohan definitely doesn't have her stars by her side these days and one after the other she is landing herself into hot waters.

Lohan is under strict probation for her 2007 drunken driving case and in the midst of the legal troubles, she is again accused of recklessly hitting a man in Los Angeles and vanishing away.

Well, to add to the hitch, Alex Torres, a famous porn star who goes by the screen name Voodoo, has claimed that he had sex with the former Disney star while her dad Michael was sleeping upstairs in the same house.

Ask him (Michael Lohan) if he knows about that night I had with his daughter while he was sleeping upstairs, Radar Online quoted him as saying.

I'm not joking! he briskly added.

Voodoo made these shocking revelations on The Jim Richards Show on Newstalk 1010 in Toronto Friday and Radar Online has an audio of his candid revelations.

Torres has previously been in news for allegedly taping his midair sex act with Hope Howell and releasing it on internet.
