Lindsay Lohan was reportedly offered a house arrest deal, but the actress is considering refusing the plea bargain, meaning she could face jail time. Again.

Prosecutors offered Lohan the option of 90 days under house arrest for a June car accident where she was charged with reckless driving, lying to the police and violating her probation, TMZ said. It said the plea bargain from the Santa Monica City Attorney and the L.A. City Attorney would keep the 26-year-old actress out of jail.

Lohan said she won't accept any punishment because she doesn't believe she did anything wrong. Her lawyer, Mark Heller, said Lohan will inevitably accept house arrest, but for less than 90 days, TMZ reported.

TMZ added that Lohan’s rejection of house arrest increases the chances that the case will go to trial, with a 75 percent chance she will appear in court on March 18.

Lohan’s latest legal troubles stem from an accident on June 8 when the actress smashed her Porsche into a truck in Santa Monica, Calif. At the time, Lohan pleaded not guilty to the charge, telling police she wasn't driving at the time of the crash. She was eventually charged with three misdemeanors: reckless driving, lying to the police and obstructing police.

The judge also revoked her probation, which Lohan received for jewelry theft in 2011. Lohan was supposed to serve time in jail, but was released to serve house arrest because of overcrowding and good behavior. She ended up serving 35-day house arrest at her Venice, Calif., home in May 2011 for stealing a $2,500 necklace.

According to TMZ, Lohan faces 19 months in jail plus 245 days for probation violation if she's convicted for the crash.

Reuters said Lohan will appear in court on March 18, though Heller had asked her trial be pushed back to April, a request Los Angeles Superior Court Judge James Dabney rejected. That’s when, according to the wire service's report, the actress will turn down the plea bargain.

In January, Lohan was offered a six-month-rehab lockdown by prosecutors, which she also turned down.

Lohan stars in this summer's release, “The Canyons,” alongside porn star James Deen. The film was directed by Paul Schrader and written by Brett Easton Ellis.
