Lindsay Lohan has one tanning company scorching mad over a $40,000 unpaid tanning bill.

TMZ reported that Lindsay Lohan racked up a $41,031.60 tanning bill with the Nevada-based Tanning Vegas between 2007 and 2009. Lohan was a client of the company and enlisted tanning services that reportedly required interstate travel.

Nine months ago, Lohan was ordered by a judge in Nevada to pay the hefty tanning bill. But the 25-year-old actress has yet to hand over one cent. Lorit Simon of Tanning Vegas filed a lawsuit last week, according to TMZ, demanding payment.

Simon wants Lindsay Lohan to hand over the $40,000 in tanning charges as well as attorney's fees and interest, TMZ reported.

This is not the first time Simon has sued the troubled actress. She previously accused Lohan of stealing her spray-tan formula and selling it under her Sevin Nyne label.

Tanning Vegas is attempting to get the lawsuit moved to California, TMZ reported on Monday, so it can attach Lohan's assets to satisfy the judgment.

This $40,000 unpaid tanning bill is the latest in a string of legal woes for the young starlet.

In February 2011, Lohan was charged with the theft of a $2,500 necklace reported stolen from a Los Angeles jewelry store in January that year. This incident occurred after a series of self-destructive incidents, including DUI charges.

Lindsay Lohan has been attempting to resuscitate her faltering career as of late. She hosted Saturday Night Live in March and starred in a guest spot on FOX's Glee. She will also play Elizabeth Taylor in a Lifetime TV movie titled Liz and Dick [Richard Burton].Filming is scheduled for next month.
