Changes appear to be on the way at Anfield.

With the introduction of new manager Brendan Rodgers, Liverpool are at the center of major transfer speculation, as two prominent names could be leaving the club.

According to The Sun, Craig Bellamy is a target of his former club, Cardiff City. The 32-year-old Welsh forward spent time on loan with Cardiff in 2010-2011, and scored 11 goals in 35 appearances. Bellamy's wages might be a stumbling block for such a deal, but Cardiff might be interested based on the spirit he would bring to the Welsh club.

Daniel Agger might be on his way out of Anfield, according to Talksport. Manchester City are keen on the 27-year-old centre back, and the Dane might be used as a replacement if Joleon Lescott leaves the club.

It may seem a little far-fetched that Lescott would depart from the Premier League Champions as there has been no speculation of clubs interested in the veteran England defender. However, City has been known to spend on players they don't necessarily need, so Agger could be on their wish list whether Lescott stays or goes.

Liverpool appear to still have a strong interest in Gylfi Sigurdsson, according to The Times. The 22-year-old Hoffenheim midfielder is being heavily pursued by Tottenham, as well. In early June, the Daily Telegraph reported that Rodgers confirmed his interest in Sigurdsson when the Iceland star's potential £6.8 million move to Swansea stalled.

Fabio Borini, who in 2011 completed a complicated transfer to Roma, is also a Liverpool target. However, Daily Mirror reported that the 21-year-old forward has no intention of leaving his home country.

I am a Roma player, said Borini. It's not my business that there is talk about whether I go there [Liverpool] or stay. It doesn't matter to me, I am Roma.

Rodgers and Borini have some deep-rooted history together, with Rodgers coaching him as a part of Chelsea's youth squad and again when he was loaned to Swansea City in 2011. It will take £10 million to reunite the pair, according to The Sun.

Liverpool appear to have other options at forward. The Daily Star reported that the Reds are looking to add Salomon Rondon of Malaga.

The Venezuelan's 11 goals helped Malaga qualify for the Champions League, and has a price tag of about £20 million. The 22-year-old is also being pursued by Chelsea, Tottenham, along with several Bundesliga clubs.

According to Metro, Liverpool are interested in Luc Castaignos of Inter Milan. The 19-year-old Dutch forward has a valuation of £4.5 million, but the option of a loan is also still on the table as Inter may not want to permanently surrender their young talent. Everton and Newcastle are also reportedly interested in Castaignos.
