'Lost' Actor Matthew Fox Allegedly Assaults Woman, Gets Punched in Face

Model-turned-actor Matthew Fox was reportedly detained by police Saturday night for allegedly trying to enter a party bus and assaulting the female driver.

According to a report by TMZ, the 45-year-old Lost actor leaned in and began punching the driver in the breast and crotch area when she tried to block him from getting into the bus.

The driver, Heather Bormann, retaliated and punched the actor in the mouth, causing a cut on his lip, according to the police report.

I took one hand to his jaw and he was spitting blood. He stumbled backwards, Bormann said.

Just after the incident, Fox was handcuffed by an off-duty cop and was detained by police later. Fox was released without any charges filed against him.

Bormann is planning to meet her prosecutor Monday to press charges against Fox, TMZ reported. However, the actor has reportedly hinted at his intentions of taking the matter into court.
