‘Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta’ Star Jessica Dime Films Boob Job For Dr. Miami’s Graphic NSFW Plastic Surgery Snapchat

“Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star Jessica Dime took a break from reality to film something live: her breast augmentation with Miami plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer. Jessica thus joined “Teen Mom 2” alum Kailyn Lowry and “Teen Mom 3” sisters Briana DeJesus and Brittany DeJesus, who also had their surgeries recorded for Snapchat.

Jessica had her saline breast implants exchanged for new silicone ones Wednesday. She also had them lifted by Salzhauer, who is better known as “Dr. Miami.” The graphic surgery, which is most definitely not safe for work (NSFW), can be seen on the doctor’s Snapchat account, therealdrmiami.

The VH1 star said she was ready as she was ever going to be when the doctor filmed her before them surgery. She waved hello to the camera and smiled brightly.

Afterward, Jessica thanked Dr. Miami on Twitter. “Special thanks to @TheRealDrMiami! Thanks for everything! The staff was amazing ... And so were you!” she wrote. The reality-television star added the hastag, “#happy.”

Although Salzhauer regularly performs breast augmentations — including implant exchanges, which he says are like “changing a tire” — he is best known for the Brazilian butt lift, or BBL. It’s one of the surgeries he performed on all the “Teen Mom” stars.

Jessica is a former stripper and one of the newer cast members on “LHHATL.” She was formerly a roommate of Blac Chyna, who is about to become Mrs. Robert Kardashian. “Me and Blac Chyna used to live together,” VH1 quoted her as saying. “We used to be saving, every single day. Bands [of money] in our suitcases, like we gonna go on a 10-day grind and we gonna save all our money. We came from that.”

The Memphis rapper, who was born Jessica Chatman, was signed to a three-album deal with Flo Rida, but she said she eventually ended their working relationship because he was too focused on himself. “I severed it because I felt like me and Flo are friends first, so I didn’t wanna get mad and mess up our friendship,” she said.
