It seems like the war between “Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta” stars Joseline Hernandez and Stevie J has heated up even more. Hernandez claims that her unborn child has been abandoned by her ex.

In an interview with Bossip, the former exotic dancer’s lawyer said that Stevie refuses to take a paternity test and still believes someone else is the baby’s father. “We are trying to get Stevie to take a blood test to see if the baby his his,” said attorney Tony Mathis. “She’s already taken her test. She’s waiting for him to go down and put his sample in … Stevie is not supporting her in any form or fashion. Not financially. Nothing.”

The lawyer’s comments come just a few weeks after the father-of-five went to court to extend a restraining order he has against Hernandez, and he told the judge that she’s been lying about her identity.

According to TMZ, the former Bad Boy producer said his ex is actually 39 years old, not 29. Plus, he claims that her real name is Shenellica Juneann Bettencourt, and she really isn’t from Puerto Rico as she’s stated.

It’s possible that Stevie went to court to pay Hernandez back for blasting him online in July. “I never asked you for anything,” she wrote on her Instagram page. “DNA test don’t lie. You are a worthless son of a b----, but thank God you are disclaiming the baby. Good. We don’t want your last name. Your family is sick.”

In addition, the VH1 star said even if the child does belong to her ex, he still won’t be allowed to come around. “My baby and I will have a better life without you in it,” she wrote. “Now go run along and stop knocking on my door and calling me at 5 in the a.m. after you been getting high all night. I love my baby, and we don’t need you in our lives.”
