Rapper Lil Scrappy and Bambi are finally taking the next step in their relationship. After dating off and on for a while, the “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” stars are engaged!

Bambi and Scrappy haven’t announced the engagement on social media, but Bambi’s friend and cast member Tammy Rivera broke the news by posting a photo of Bambi’s giant diamond engagement ring on Instagram. “When you’re super happy for your friends,” Tammy wrote, quickly deleting the picture.

Bambi’s cousin also confirmed the engagement by posting a picture of the rapper down on bended knee as he popped the question to his longtime love. “I WAS SUPPOSE TO BE THERE,” she captioned the image. “@reallilscrappy you gotta do it over for me!!!! @adizthebam I Looooove you guys so much Betta keep my cousin Happy forEvvvvvaaaa.”

As previously reported, Bambi and Scrappy’s relationship hit a rough patch in March when the couple alluded that they had split following rumors that Bambi had cheated with rapper Future. In a Twitter post, Bambi denied the reports, writing, “I get caught in bed with someone new every week according to media takeout.” Future never addressed the rumors that he was the cause of Scrappy and Bambi’s breakup.

On the current Season 5 of VH1’s “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta,” Bambi and Scrappy are not together and their split isn’t exactly friendly. On a recent episode, Bambi stopped by Scrappy’s house to take her dog and demanded that Scrappy stop working with Betty Idol because she got into a fight with Tammy. Even though Scrappy didn’t want to take orders from his ex, he still cut things off with Betty.

Fans will have to continue watching “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” to see how Scrappy and Bambi’s relationship plays out and to see if their engagement makes the show.

“Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” airs Mondays at 8 p.m. EDT on VH1.
