Baby Gunner and baby Cori have not had any play dates yet. “Love & Hip Hop: New York” star Tara Wallace, who gave birth to her third child with Peter Gunz last month, revealed that Peter’s daughter with his wife, Amina Buddafly, has not met Gunner.

Tara and Amina feuded throughout Season 6 of the VH1 show, but does their beef have anything to do with why the two children haven’t seen each other? Not so fast. Tara explained to VH1 that her newborn son is still too young to leave the house.

“[Baby Cori] will see Gunner as soon as he’s able to get out,” Tara said, admitting that Peter’s other daughter, Whitney, has met her new son.

During the interview, the 32-year-old also revealed that Peter was with her at the hospital when she gave birth to Gunner on Feb. 13.

“Peter’s always gonna support,” she said about her ex. “He’s literally standing over me, the same way he did with the other two births. Immediately when Gunner came out, Peter loved him just like he did the other boys.”

Tara also dished on finding out she was pregnant again while filming the show. As recapped, she told Peter about the surprise pregnancy on episode 7. “It was like, ‘Oh, in the middle shooting, I’m pregnant. Like, oh crap. Now how am I gonna tell this story?’ You know, because it’s my story to tell,” she said. “I knew it was gonna be crazy.”

And crazy it was. Tara’s baby bombshell led to fights between Amina and Peter, and also backlash from fans. In an interview with International Business Times, Tara opened up about the criticism, saying that’s she’s only trying to do what’s right for herself.

“I just know what they think the situation is, is just not true. It’s just a complicated situation, and it’s not something I just invited myself into, so I just have to do what’s right for me,” she explained. “But I gotta be honest, there are times I read stuff on social media, and I say something back … But for the most part I just try to remain calm and know that what people are responding to just isn’t true.”
