‘Lucifer’
How different with the real Charlotte be from Charlotte, aka Goddess (Tricia Helfer), in “Lucifer” Season 3? FOX

“Lucifer” Season 3 will continue to feature cast member Tricia Helfer as the real Charlotte.

However, while speaking with TV Line, “Lucifer” Season 2 newcomer Aimee Garcia hinted on the possibility of not seeing the Goddess or Lucifer’s (Tom Ellis) mom back in the upcoming episodes. Last season, the Goddess took over the physical body of a woman named Charlotte and introduced herself to everyone as such. But during the final moments of the season ender, Lucifer sent his mom back to Heaven, and the real Charlotte was finally able to return to her old self.

But even though the Goddess may not be present in “Lucifer” Season 3, fans of the hit FOX series have something else to rejoice about. In Season 2, Garcia’s character, Ella, was introduced as an LAPD forensic scientist. She was cast as a series regular, but wasn’t given as much screentime as the other characters in the show. In Season 3, Ella will be featured in more episodes.

“Ella is going to be in touch with other characters,” Garcia confirmed. “There might be a fun, little road trip that she takes with the Devil… that might involve some singing and dancing.”
