Lux Digital Pictures, Inc., a group of several motion picture development, production, financing and distribution brands that have unique and dynamic strategies to compete in today’s entertainment marketplace, recently announced that the company has licensed its award winning documentary film “Nightmares in Red, White and Blue” to Screen Media Ventures, LLC. This agreement includes distribution to all markets outside of the United States and Canada.

Noted as the company’s widely praised feature length documentary film on the evolution of the American horror film, “Nightmares in Red, White and Blue” was written and produced by Joseph Maddrey, based on his book, and directed by Andrew Monument. The film has been screened at several high-profile European film festivals, including Deauville, Sitges and Athens.
