One of the big draws of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade are the balloons in the sky, but there is plenty of entertainment on the ground too. The 89th annual parade will feature dozens of floats with some very famous performers on them. With child-oriented performers like Chica the Chick, hip-hop artists like Trey Songz and '80s stars like Pat Benatar, it seems like there is something for everyone in the family to enjoy on Thanksgiving. Check out which floats will be hosting artists:

  • Mariah Carey will celebrate her partnership with the Hallmark Channel by performing on their Christmas-themed float.

  • Jordin Sparks will sing on the Goldieblox float.

  • Questlove, of “The Roots,” will perform with the cast and Muppets of “Sesame Street” on the Sesame Workshop float.

  • Trey Songz will perform on the Spirit of America Productions float alongside Miss America 2016, Betty Cantrell.

  • Daughtry, the rock band led by “American Idol” finalist Chris Daughtry, will perform on the Avocados from Mexico float.

  • Rachel Platten, who burst onto the music scene with her hit “Fight Song” this summer, will rock out on the Lindt chocolate float.

  • Andy Grammer, who was recently eliminated from “Dancing With the Stars,” will be on Cracker Jack’s float.

  • Prince Royce, a latin pop singer, will be on the NY Daily News float.

  • Jake Owen and NHL stars Mark and Marty Howe will be on the Discover float.

  • The Broadway cast of “School of Rock,” an adaptation of the 2003 movie, will sing a song from the musical on the Gibson Brands float.

  • Train will do a number on the Ocean Spray float.

  • Shawn Mendes will put on a show while riding on the Pirate’s Booty float.

  • Cirque du Soleil performers will be show off their acrobatic skills on their own float.

  • Mercy Me, a rock band, will perform on a float from the South Dakota Department of Tourism.

  • Chica the Chick and her co-hosts from “Sunny Side Up Show,” as well Michele Lepe and Star from “Good Night Show,” will appear on the digital television network Sprout’s float.

  • Andra Day, a soul singer, will sing on the Homewood Suites by Hilton float.

  • Jennifer Nettles will sing a country tune on the Domino Sugar float.

  • Traditional Chinese folk dancers will be on a float from the Sino-American Friendship Association.

  • Panic! At the Disco will rock out on Nickelodeon’s “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” float.

  • Mipso, a bluegrass band, will play their tunes on the Kentucky Fried Chicken float.

  • Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo will hit audiences with the best shot on the Delta Air Lines float.

  • Plain White T’s will rock out on the Royal Caribbean International float.

Of course, one other celebrity will be making an appearance as well. Santa Claus will appear on his big, red sleigh. In addition, marching bands and dance groups from all over the country will also provide entertainment on Turkey Day. The 89th annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade airs live on NBC Thursday at 9 a.m. EST.
