Madonna is not seeking divorce advice, the pop singer's spokeswoman said Liz Rosenberg.

Madonna and Guy have no plans to divorce nor is she seeking advice on the subject, Rosenberg said in an e-mailed statement.

Later that day, the couple went out to have dinner in an Italian restaurant in Upper West Manhattan, in New York City, according to People magazine.

Madonna's husband Guy arrived in New York last night to be with his wife and family (not in a last ditch attempt to save his marriage which does not need saving), Rosenberg said, according to People.

On June 26, a report from the London Times Online said Madonna sought Ms. Shackleton for legal divorce advice.

Shackleton has gained renown after the divorce attorney served as Paul McCartney's representative during his dispute to model Heather Mills granting her just $48.6 million from the $160 million she claimed. The attorney also represented Prince Charles in his divorce to Princess Diana in 1996.
