Suffolk County police nabbed a Bay Shore man they claim is responsible for a nightclub shooting that left four people wounded in Rocky Point.

Brendon Preston, 25, was arrested by detectives on charges of second degree assault and criminal use of a firearm during the incident at the nightclub Oxygen on May 7th.

A man was shot in the leg and grazed with a bullet in the torso, two women were shot in the leg, one was shot in the foot.

Preston is expected to be arraigned this afternoon.
