The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia posted the latest index of general business conditions within the Philadelphia District, where the Manufacutring conditions index fell in November to 3.2; worse than the projected 9.0 and the prior reading of 8.7.

The Price paid was up at 22.8 from 20.0 in November, prices received rose at 2.6 from -2.5, New Orders dropped to 1.3 from 7.8, while shipments fell to 7.3 from 13.6. On the bright side, Inventories increased to 6.6 from -7.7 in November and the Number of emloymees jumped to 12.0 from 1.4 in October.
