North Carolina, Gonzaga, Oregon and South Carolina are all headed to the Final Four after winning their respective regions in March Madness 2017. According to the early betting lines at Las Vegas sportsbooks, the Bulldogs have the best chance of reaching the national championship game.

In Saturday night’s game against No.7 South Carolina at University of Phoenix Stadium, No.1 Gonzaga is a 6.5-point favorite. The betting odds in the game between No.1 North Carolina and No.3 Oregon indicate there is a decent chance for an upset with the Tar Heels giving the Ducks five points.

Both Gonzaga and South Carolina will play their first-ever Final Four game, though the Bulldogs aren’t here unexpectedly. They were the top seed in the West region after losing just one game before the start of March Madness, and they’ve reached the NCAA Tournament in each of the last 19 years.

South Carolina made their first Elite Eight appearance this season, and they pulled off three upsets on their way to the Final Four. The Gamecocks have rebounded from their late-season struggles. They lost six of nine games before the start of the tournament.

Both Gonzaga and South Carolina have made the Final Four with elite defenses, ranking in the top four in defensive efficiency. Saturday’s game total opened at just 138 points.

For Roy Williams and North Carolina, reaching the Final Four is a common occurrence. The Tar Heels have now made the Final Four 20 times in school history and five times since Williams became the head coach.

Oregon won the first national championship in 1939, and they hadn’t made it back to the Final Four before this year. The Ducks upset No.1 Kansas in the Elite Eight after the Jayhawks had become the new favorites to win the national title.

Unlike the other Final Four contest, the one between North Carolina and Oregon should feature a lot of scoring. The game’s over/under is 149.5.
