Mariah Carey is back!

After welcoming dem babies with husband Nick Cannon last April, the superstar diva took to the stage at the Gotham Hall in New York City.

Carey showed off her noticeably slimmer figure, after dropping 70 lbs. of baby weight with Jenny Craig, in a skin tight, black mermaid style gown. In true diva form Carey was dripping in diamonds.

It has been a busy year for Carey since welcoming twins, Monroe and Moroccan. The new mom has been working hard with Jenny Craig, whom she is a spokesperson for, to drop the baby weight, has been in the studio working on new music and taking care of husband Nick Cannon after his health scare. Cannon just revealed he has an auto immune type disease.

At last night's concert, Carey performed some fan favorites like, It's Like That, Obsessed, I'll Be There, a new version of Shake You Off, and Always Be My Baby, which she dedicated to her children.

It's my first performance since having dem babies!

Do you love them babies? Cause I do. . . I really wanted to bring them here tonight, but Monroe is sometimes shy and takes a while to warm up to an audience, she continued. Rock and roll! Nah, but it's late. It's time for them to be asleep.

Carey's performance was part of Caesar's Entertainment Kicks Off Escape to Total Rewards. She was also joined on stage by Diddy, Mary J. Blige, Cee-Lo Green, Maroon 5 and Gavin DeGraw.
