If the claims of Mariah Yeater, a 20-year-old Californian woman, are to be believed, teen sensation Justin Bieber is the father of her three-month-old baby.

Doesn't it sound like an April Fools' Day hoax? It may turn out to be one in the future, but right now it looks like the woman is quite serious about her allegations. She has even filed a paternity suit against the pop star on Wednesday, demanding a paternity test to scientifically confirm that Bieber did father her child.

According to reports, Yeater claimed in the court papers that she had sex after the singer's Oct. 25, 2010, concert at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. After the show, one of Bieber's security guards came to her and asked whether she wanted to meet Justin Bieber, and when she agreed, he took her backstage, she said.

Yeater reportedly said that Bieber took her to a private area and insisted on making love to her. He also told her it was going to be his first time.

She also said that when she asked him to use a condom for protection, he insisted that he did not want to, the Daily Mail reported.

However, a spokesperson for Bieber denied all the malicious allegations. Bieber himself tweeted Thursday dismissing the charges.

so Im going to ignore the rumors...and focus on what is real. an opportunity to help by doing what i love. Judge me on the music! Love yall! the pop star wrote on Twitter. Here are some funny tweets posted by Bieber fans.

Roses are Red, Violets are blue, Mariah Yeater, you better hide, cause beliebers will kill you!!!! One of Bieber's fans that goes by the handle @Swag_Belieber wrote.

Dear Mariah Yeater, you know ... There's a huge difference between ''Who wants to be my baby'' and ''Who wants to have my baby'' ? another Tweeter user posted.

Meanwhile, there are reports saying that if the alleged hookup proves to be true, it could get Yeater in legal trouble for statutory rape.

When Bieber and Yeater allegedly had sex in an arena bathroom, the pop star was only 16 years old. As per California law, an adult is not allowed to have sex with anyone under 18. If Yeater's claims are true, it would lead to a misdemeanor count punishable by up to a year in jail, the New York Daily News reported.

Have a look at some of Yeater's unseen photos, uploaded in her MySpace account.
