Mark-Paul Gosselaar, best known as Zack Morris from "Saved By The Bell," has tied the knot, again. Gosselaar wed advertising executive Catriona McGinn on Saturday, a source told Us Weekly.
"Catriona's absolutely gorgeous. She's stunning," Gosselaar gushed to Us Weekly last year. "And she takes my breath away!"
Gosselaar, 38, proposed to McGinn in July of last year with a not-so-modest five-carat cushion-cut diamond ring that was designed by Neil Lane, the magazine reported.
"He was delightful to work with. It's always a treat to work with a true romantic," Lane told Us Weekly at the time Gosselaar proposed to McGinn.
"He was so excited to have found the woman of his dreams," Lane told People. "He couldn't wait to propose!"
Gosselaar's first marriage to Lisa Ann Russell lasted 14 years and their divorce was finalized in May 2011, according to Us Weekly.
They had two children together, Michael, 8, and Ava, 6.
"Catriona's great with my kids," Gosselaar told Us Weekly. "My kids absolutely adore her."
But the wedding wasn't just about what the bride wanted; he was very much involved.
He told People, ""I'm too type-A to let it happen around me," he said. "We're trying to make it as traditional as possible. It's going to be fun!"
The newlyweds will be vacationing in Italy for their honeymoon, People said.
"Trust me, we are going to eat our a--es off!" he told the magazine. "We're really excited about that element."
Though Gosselaar may be best known for playing Zack Morris on "Saved By The Bell," he has more recently appeared on shows like "NYPD Blue," "Raising The Bar," and "Franklin & Bash."
Gosselaar sent out a post to Twitter on Sunday thanking everyone for their congratulatory wishes: "Thanks for all the well wishes! I'm going to take a break now, travel for our honeymoon, and enjoy my beautiful wife...and new life!"
Could Gosselaar be rushing into marriage with McGinn because he doesn't want to be alone? The actor was officially divorced from his ex-wife for only two months before proposing to his new girlfriend. A short 14 months after being divorced, he is already off the market and married to McGinn.
Do you think Gosselaar rushed into marriage with his new wife?
