Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook co-founder and CEO, and his wife pediatrician and philanthropist Dr. Priscilla Chan, announced the birth of their second daughter, August, on Monday with a Facebook post and a following Instagram post. The couple first announced that they were expecting in March with, you guessed it, a Facebook post.

Monday’s announcement came in the form of one of Facebook’s “life events” and was followed by a letter written to August about the wonders of being a kid. The post and letter were followed by a new family photo of the four.

Zuckerberg and Chan met at Harvard and were married in May of 2012. The couple’s first child named Maxima, was born in November 2015. The two announced Maxima’s birth along with their Chan-Zuckerberg Initiative aimed at essentially making the world a better place for their children and those of other people.

Zuckerberg announced that he will be taking off two months work as paternity leave, one month now and also the entire month of December. Zuckerberg wrote about his plan to take advantage of the paternity leave policy at Facebook in a post on the social media site on Friday that stirred up some debate. He also posted an abbreviated version of that post to his Instagram account.

Talk of a possible Presidential candidacy has been circulating in the past few months as Zuckerberg traveled the country speaking with average Americans and hired strategists that worked on campaigns for both Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama.
