EUR/USD - 1.2330.. All quiet on the eastern front so far as HK, China & Taiwan markets are closed. Despite extending intra-day retreat fm NY high of 1.2350, renewed buying abv 1.2300 has lifted euro. Lack of any key eco. data fm EU suggests technical trading shud dominate until release of a slew of US eco. data fm 12:30GMT onwards. Bernanke will speak very late in the day at 21:45GMT at Financial Regulation Conference in NY. As mentioned earlier, bids are seen at 1.2300-75 area but offers remained at 1.2350-70.
