GBP/USD - 1.5930.. The British pound quickly retreated after initial rebound at Asian opening as price hit a 'brick wall' there - lumpy offers at 1.6060/70 have been placed there in last 2 days. Price maintained its intra-day descent in Europe but reports of good buying interest (for profit-taking) at 1.5900-1.5880 lifted cable to 1.5956 briefly at NY opening. Selling interest is reported at 1.5950/60 n abv with some stops abv 1.6010/20.
