Masika Kalysha is here to save “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood.” At least that’s what the “Andale” singer has to say about why she decided to return to the VH1 series after sitting Season 2 out.

In a sneak peek of Season 3 of “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood,” it’s revealed that Masika is back. She was one of the original cast members in the show’s first season but later quit. In an interview with VH1.com Masika opened up about her surprise return saying that she feels “slightly insane” for wanting to come back.

Masika told the outlet that while she was “pregnant and bored” she watched a couple episodes of “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood” Season 2 and thought her name was mentioned “way too many times.” “I feel like there’s a lot of unfinished business and I really think that I am here to save the day,” she explained. “At the end of the day, I bring the show to the show.”

The reality star said fans will see her clap back at some of her cast members this season, but will also see her juggling with being a “supermom” and “superwoman.” Masika gave birth to her first child, with rapper Fetty Wap, in March. “I have to go even harder to ensure that her future is blessed,” she said.

Masika added: “This season of ‘Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood’ is going to be lit. It’s going to be stupid probably because there’s a lot of dumb s--- that happens. Last season of ‘Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood’ was tragically, terribly sad. It was an insomniac’s cure, so I’m here to raise the dead.”

Masika’s storyline will involve “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood” newbie Fetty Wap. In an extended trailer, the former couple is seen having intense discussions over their daughter, Khari.

Ever since it was revealed that Masika was returning to the franchise, fans have been flooding Twitter with messages welcoming her back. Masika responded to the messages tweeting: “All this love is overwhelming thanks guys. Your mova is baaaaaccckkk to slay #LHHH season 3 #vh1.”

The new season of “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood” premieres Aug. 15 at 8 p.m. EDT on VH1.
