Mayhem Festival 2012: Full Line-up, Tour Dates Announced [FULL LIST]

The Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival line-up and tour dates were released Wednesday. The fifth annual Mayhem Festival 2012 will feature Slipknot, Slayer and another major special guest who will be announced on Mar. 5. Blabbermouth reports that Mot?rhead is rumored to be the special guest. The festival is the world's largest heavy metal tour.

The fourth slot on the main stage will feature a rotation of The Devil Wears Prada, As I Lay Dying and Asking Alexandria, a statement from Mayhem reads.

Blabbermouth also reports that alongside the festival stage the Jagermeister Stage will feature a special set of heavy metal, including Anthrax, Whitechapel, High on Fire and a special opener.

The concert will kick off on June 30 in the U.S. at the San Manuel Amphitheater in San Bernardino, Calif. Ticket sales will begin on Apr. 6 with a special pre-sale ticket promotion for fans who sign up to be on the pre-sale mailing list.

Mayhem will also feature Rockstar Metal Mulisha Jump Team on select dates.
