A food blogger ordered every single sandwich on the McDonald’s menu and combined them into a single, massive fast food abomination.

Nick Chipman, proprietor of the popular “Dude Foods” food blog, regularly dabbles in culinary circles too extreme for the average eater—and his latest meal is no different. Chipman recently spent $140.33 to purchase every single sandwich offered by McDonald’s—a total of 43 menu items—to create the “McEverything.”

The decision to create the McEverything wasn’t simply a hubristic undertaking of a hungry food blogger; Chipman claims that the creation was one of his lifelong goals. “You see, I have a bucket list, but instead of things like sky diving, swimming with sharks or other death defying feats of adventure that you’d find on most typical bucket lists mine is completely food related,” Chipman wrote on Dude Foods. “The number one thing on my list for two or three years now has been to make this sandwich, which I’ve dubbed the McEverything.”

The Wisconsin native decided to put his plan into motion last Wednesday. In order to purchase the full assortment of McDonald’s sandwiches, Chipman arrived at a Wauwatosa, Wis., restaurant about 30 minutes before the end of breakfast service. The cashier rang up all of his purchases on a single receipt, which can be viewed here. In all, Chipman spent $141.33—the price of all 43 McDonald’s sandwiches, plus a Diet Coke.

For Chipman, the biggest challenge associated with the McEverything wasn’t the enormous quantity of food. “After all 43 sandwiches were finished and sitting at my table I got to work putting the McEverything together. I originally anticipated it only being a couple of feet high, but as you can see from the pictures it ended up MUCH taller than that,” Chipman wrote.

Still, Chipman had a contingency plan in place, just in case the McEverything tumbled to the floor before it could be photographed. “I took a few photos along the way as well just so the whole thing wouldn’t be a total waste if ended up tumbling over onto the floor before I finished stacking all the sandwiches on top of one another.”

The “Dude Foods” blogger added that one McDonald’s sandwich nearly caused him to give into temptation and take a bite before finishing his creation. “…The hardest part of building it was not eating any of the sandwiches until it was complete. I’m a total sucker for McDonald’s sandwiches, especially their McGriddles,” Chipman wrote.

Chipman acknowledged that spending $140 to on McDonald’s sandwiches might make him seem like an “idiot,” but explained the rationale behind the decision. “The way I see it though is that with all the leftovers I have I’ve got all my breakfasts, lunches and dinners covered for the next week or so!” he wrote.
