NEW YORK - Mead Johnson Nutrition Co on Thursday launched a $1.5 billion three-part debt sale, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.

The offering includes $500 million in five-year notes expected to yield 120 basis points over comparable U.S. Treasuries and $700 million in 10-year notes expected to yield 145 basis points over Treasuries.

It also includes $300 million in 30-year bonds expected to yield 155 basis points over Treasuries.
